The Native American Career and Technical Education Program (NACTEP) provides funds annually to schools to provide career and technical education programs for Native Americans and Alaskan Natives.

The Native Hawaiian Career and Technical Education Program (NHCTEP) provides funds annually to community-based organizations to plan, conduct, and administer career and technical programs for Native Hawaiian students.

The Tribally Controlled Postsecondary Career and Technical Institutions Program (TCPCTIP) provides funds annually to tribally controlled postsecondary career and technical institutions to provide basic support for the education and training of Native American students in career and technical education programs.
