Secondary Student Populations:

Completer: Students who enrolled in a sequence of courses or instructional units that provides an individual with the academic and technical knowledge/skills/proficiencies to prepare the individual for employment and/or further education.

Concentrator: Student who enrolled in a sequence of courses or instructional units that provides an individual with the academic and technical knowledge/skills/proficiencies to prepare the individual for employment and/or further education.

Tech Prep: Student who complete a minimum 2 years of secondary education that ties with a minimum of 2 years of postsecondary in a non-duplicative sequence of course study the ISTEP + graduation-qualifying exam for academic skills.
