Completer: A student who attained the academic and technical knowledge/skills/proficiencies within a program and earned a minimum of two Carnegie units of credit and graduated.

Concentrator: A student who is enrolled in a program and earned two Carnegie units of credit.

Tech Prep: A student who attained the academic and technical knowledge/skills/proficiencies within a Tech Prep consortium program and earned a minimum of two Carnegie units of credit and graduated.
