Secondary Student Populations:

Completer: A student who has met the requirements for a vocational concentration or a vocational specialization and all requirements for high school graduation or an approved alternative education program.

Concentrator: A student who has completed a coherent sequence of courses in a specific career and technical program area as identified in the annual Guide to Career and Technical Program Planning in Virginia.

Tech Prep: A student who is enrolled in a tech prep program of study which has been defined and identified by a Tech Prep Consortium.
