Secondary Student Populations:

Completer: A student that graduates in 3 years or has transferred to another higher ed program.

Concentrator: A student that took 24 credits in a academic year or enrolled for the first time in a less than 30 (short term) program and had taken no classes in the prior 4 years (not including tech prep or youth options courses).

Tech Prep: Currently, the Department proposes to collect data of secondary students enrolled in high school courses covered by articulation agreements between the high school and the area technical college for which the student receives high school course credit and technical college credit (referred to as transcripted credit).
