Secondary Student Populations:

Completer: A student who has attained the academic and technical knowledge/skills/proficiencies within a program/sequence of courses or instructional units that provides an individual with the academic and technical knowledge/skills/proficiencies to prepare the individual for employment and/or further/advanced education.

Concentrator: A student who has taken three or more semester courses in a vocational program including those who may be currently enrolled in their third course.
