Technical Assistance Materials

To support states in improving their capacity to collect, analyze, and report valid and reliable student outcome data, the study team created a set of technical assistance materials based on their observations of state experiences. These materials included guidance on establishing common measures to standardize reporting, uniform methods for collecting student cohort data, and answers to frequently asked questions.
