We received a number of questions during the webinar regarding the Perkins V State Plan submission timeline and the transition to Perkins V, generally. While we shared some of our preliminary ideas for transition during the webinar, the State Plan template and accompanying guidance will convey the Department’s final policies for transition, including timeline for implementation of Perkins V. The draft State Plan template will be available for review during the paperwork clearance process this Fall, which we will share when it is available. In the meantime, please submit any questions, concerns, or ideas regarding Perkins V transition to firstname.lastname@example.org.
