I just want to point out to folks that the indicators in the 11/8/12 meeting summary document (which can be found under meetings on this site) are different than those being discussed on this forum. In particular, there is a measure on page 27: "Success" rate where the Secondary DENOMINATOR is, "Students who completed at least 50 percent of a state-approved career preparation program by the end of the reporting year and received a high school diploma or equivalent in the reporting year," and the NUMERATOR is "Students in the denominator who were found employed but not reenrolled plus those who were reenrolled but not employed." This would completely exclude students from the measure who were both enrolled in postsecondary and employed.
