The full State Perkins Accountability Congress met to discuss the progress of the Design Team. Facilitators presented information from the Design Team secondary and postsecondary accountability threshold discussions and SPAC and Design Team members provided comments.

Design Team members discussed specific issues related to preliminary descriptions of secondary and postsecondary student populations. The Design Team also reviewed the accountability elements of the Department's Investing in America's Future: A Blueprint for Transforming Career and Technical Education.

Design Team members gathered in Washington, DC, to discuss Perkins accountability.

At meeting three Design Team members discussed accountability background principles and key terminology, and suggested options for defining student participation in career and technical education (CTE).
December 14 & 15, 2011
Meetings one and two provided information to Design Team members about the purpose of the Design Team and the Department's progress and direction on the Perkins accountability framework, and offered an opportunity for the Design Team to begin a dialogue around measurement approaches.
